About Layne

Hi, I’m Layne Tinsley and the CEO of Administrative Sparkle.

I have spent over 20 years in administration, human resources, and office management with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Administration. I started my career as a Legal Assistant to the City Attorney’s office in Minnesota. I’ve had the opportunity to work in various industries, including, but not limited to, legal, real estate, education, technology, coaching, and government.

After going rogue and leaving the corporate world completely in 2014 to pursue Administrative Sparkle full-time, my intentions were simple – to inspire, teach, coach, and empower women to grow, lead, and embrace their unique talents to improve the world and the workplace. I help businesses by providing reliable, professional, and experienced administration expertise.
