Hi, I’m Layne Tinsley! I finally did it, escaped “corporate” and become an independent business owner, an entrepreneur. I moved from Sacramento, California to Atlanta, Georgia to start a consulting business with my daughter that would focus on the alleviating or solving the business owner’s various administrative struggles, challenges, and needs. And having fun while we are at it.

As a business administration consultant with over 20 years of executive-level administrative and office management experience, Administrative Sparkle helps companies implement processes and procedures to streamline and create efficiency in their business; manage social media and website branded presence; and coach the administration professional in productivity, goal setting, and work-life balance – helping businesses to profit wildly by streamlining operations, improving online and marketing presence, and coaching the administrative/administration professional.

My career background has comprised of administration, human resources, and office management with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Administration. I started my career as a Legal Assistant to the City Attorney’s office in Minnesota. I’ve had the opportunity to work in various industries, including, but not limited to, legal, real estate, education, technology, coaching, and government.
