If you have adobe you can also combine the files as separate files or one master file and pdf the whole package, regardless of whether it is an excel, word, jpeg, etc type of file.

It is super-simple. I have been using it for years. The trial version of the program can be downloaded for free.

Sorry all. I gave a suggestion and then left without giving directions or how its done. I hope you enjoy today's (December 15, 2009) post that gives you some direction. Take a look for my "quick and easy cheat" version for both Zipping and UnZipping at the very end. Tell me what you think.
